BOTH of these hippos were adopted by a private citizen at 3:20pm yesterday!!! We don’t know the name of the people as they are not allowed to give that out but they are 100% adopted and finally free. If anyone finds out who lucky people are please let us know.

UPDATE ON THE SOUTH LA SHELTER DOG we have been told today by shelter staff there is a memo in his record that states he is to be picked up on Sunday and transported to Ventura County. While this is great news and sounds promising, it not a done deal until it is a done deal and important to remember that and not post they are saved until they are truly saved. We will keep you all posted and have asked the man who posted this information to send a photo of his freedom ride. Stay tuned.
LOLA desperately needs out still. We have advised the kennel manager she is being networked so this is helping. Please keep networking Lola girl. We have heard she is ABSOLUTELY beyond sweet.
